Hello there , how can I always be focused while I m meditating and beside that how can I articulate my thoughts ? ( the bad / negative ones )

Before meditating, enter a trance and the daily practice of void meditation will help you control your thoughts.
 
Practice void meditation, and master controlling your mind. It is a beginner step and people usually skip this.
You won't be able to controll your mind after one VM, you have to practice it even if you are advanced. You should always have a small time at the beginning of the meditations, to do VM.
You can also do Flame meditation, to incrace your focus.

And after I enter a trance and stayed in a trance for 10 minutes for example then I stop and start meditating ?

Enter a trance and while being in it, start meditating.
