Don't do a working, or have the mindset, to move out. Instead, do a working, and have the mindset, to find a better place to live. This will get the energy into the right path for you.

But how will you find a place to live with no job? This could take a while to get any results.

It might be worth a shot to do a working, to get the roommate you don't like to move out. Always consider many options, and gauge your best one. This might be quicker and easier, and more convenient for you

I'd go with runes, especially if you aren't as good with visualization. Raidho to make him want to move out, Thurisaz to make him move out... Uruz could be handy too. Blast him with runes and watch him start packing
