When is the best time to perform a spell/ritual for breaking up 2 people in a relationship?

A generic answer would be at the Dark of the Moon or better an eclipse.  If you have their charts you can probably time it better than that.  You're likely to see some repercussions so you might look to your  own chart for protective measures.
