In the satanic symbols category I saw that the pentagon must be facing down, but in the photo of the baphomet the pentagon on the forehead is facing up. Sorry for the bad english but I'm italian

Both are okay. Pentagram pointing up is to send energy upwards. Pentagram pointing down is to send energy downwards.
The one that points down is very important in Satanism. It shows taking in energy from above, such as from our Gods. Also the version of it that has the lightning bolt in it as well. The down-pointing pentagram also represents the Baphomet as a whole, while the up-pointing pentagram is just one part of the Baphomet drawing. It's symbolic.
