Would it affect if i skip morning meditation and do it at noon? Would it be counted as a day skipped... ?

Of course not. You could even do it at night; as long as you meditate everyday.

How do I remove fingerprints from the anti-tracts paper I printed?
I read it's kind of impossible to completely remove fingerprints from a paper,it's what the oil in the skin leave the fingerprints on it which gets soaked on a paper,no?

You dont need to worry about fingerprints. Its not like the FBI is looking for you or anything, even if they were they are going to arrest you for what? they ain't got no case. Just make sure you don't get caught in the act of doing it. I recommend libraries (particularly the religious section) also in manga/comic and teen sections (as most young teens typically want to find the truth) just slip the truth tact into the books.
