A question concerning the daily cursing of isreal.

I have read on the jos to not indulge in black magic until you are successful in white and gray magic as it good be dangerous. I have also read several posts by HP Zevios Metathronos that we need to curse isreal daily using Thurs and Hagal. I still have some trouble differentiating between and directing energy.
Some times to slow down is to speed up. Is it more practical to focus on the basics and empower myself so that I can then more effectively curse isreal or should I curse and empower myself at the same time?
