Please don't ban me, because this question might piss a few people off, but I'm a free thinker as far as I'm concerned and I like to question EVERYTHING and EVERYONE, but I've been scrolling through the internet lately and been trying to find sources that confirm Satan in Sanskrit means truth, or eternal truth, yet I can't find any... and I'm also reading quite a bit that says that the name Satan doesn't even exist in Sanskrit, let alone a lot of people online say his name doesn't mean truth in Sanskrit... We got words and names that are close to the name Satan, like Satnam or Satanama, or Satya... ect. ect. but none exactly. I can't find the name Satan anywhere in Sanskrit, can anyone care to explain?

I've wondered about some of this stuff as well. I just searched briefly based on what you said and it would appear the word is actually Satnam, not Satan. In fairness, that's pretty close.
Fro[/IMG]Satna[/IMG]sat[/[/IMG]na[/IMG][1] In this instance, this would mean, "whose name is truth".

Some of the Kundalini Yoga exercises I was reading about earlier, found in the files section, reference saying 'Sat' on inhale and 'Nam' on exhale and the like. So I'm assuming they just mean that.

I believe they were referring to two individual words. Sat in Sanskrit means "pure" and "truth".
