okay so a few weeks ago i have been feeling this tingly/ numb feeling
in my hands when i meditate sometimes it will be in my left arm, and
when this occurs i have the urge to move i try not to but i end up
moving anyway. i was wondering what this meant? does it have something
to do with geting into a trance? any suggestions will be appreciated
