Numb feeling in the Head/Brain

Note : I had not been meditating regularly..

After several weeks I was cleaning yesterday as well as crown chakra and 6th chakra too.l with gold light energy, and today when I finished a while ago at night, I’m feeling my head as if it’s totally NUMB !

I also think the cholesterol level is kinda high maybe blood is thicker in the brain as well now ?

but now after 5 mins, this numb feeling starting to decrease.

Is this normal when you focus on 6 th and top of the head crown chakra even though you’ve meditated seriously after several weeks l?

Or it’s just the blood getting thicker in brain?

I also felt light during cleaning aura session and I only did this as same as yesterday night. Kind of pleasurable feeling , that “calming bliss” making the mind still.
