A new child unto Satan

My son is due next month, so I wanted to do a working (tomorrow night, because ov the moon's position) to ensure his safe and healthy passage. But I'm not sure how to go about it. Should I just use an affirmation, or a thoughtform, or a formal ritual to ask for Satan's protection? And is there a rune to suit this purpose?
I've performed a few rituals, but I've never actually undertaken a working; I've been biding my time and working on my chakras to prepare for such an occasion.
Also, in the Satanic Rites and Celebrations section ov JoS, there's a page about Satanic baptism for a newborn (I highly doubt baptism is the word used, but it gets my point across.). Can I just do this one on one with Satan and, again, beseech his protection and guidance?
