A new beginning

Hello all just wanted to let you know i have been doing a lot of reading and also doing meditations i am feeling like the chaos is leavening my life and i am becoming in control again it will take alot of work but im getting stronger everyday thank you for your advice and i am so very happy for finding this group and bringing Satan into my life I will strive to keep learning
