A little bit Depressed.

So this girl told me she had a crush on me a while ago. She's two years younger than me (and we're in highschool. I'm a senior.) I told her I don't date younger, and I can't date her because she dated a freshman who I treat like my son. She said she understood.

But she's kind of...clingy? Her moves are really seductive, and she does it on purpose around me. I told myself that I would just keep my resolve. Well yesterday my resolve broke, and I dedicated myself to ask her out, because I'm so tired of being alone, and I still haven't had a girlfriend (though I've been bi for three years now).

I wrote her a long letter with the full intention of giving it to her this morning. Well, as I procrastinated, she told my friends that she has a new boyfriend. I overheard the conversation. I still haven't told her that I want to date her.

I don't want to make a big deal about it; this is my second time being rejected by a girl. I feel like I shouldn't care so much. But I still feel down.

Anyone have any advice as to what I should do? We graduate in three weeks. I don't have a lot of time.

I'm sorry. High school is the pits sometimes. Honestly? I think you
should forget about her. Just from what you say, she sounds flighty
and not very trustworthy...also cruel, if she's playing you like that
with the seductive thing. I know it's hard, but I really do think you
should just move on.

I discovered I was bi in high school myself. I am 24 at present. It is
very hard. I had feelings for two girls in high school. The first time
took me completely by surprise, and I was very unsure of what to do. I
wrote her a letter. Fortunately, it went unsent. She was always very
nice to me, and I thought she was beautiful, but we really had nothing
in common. And I knew that she was straight. The second girl and I had
way more in common, we both loved anime, etc. And she, unlike the
first, was brilliant. I actually think I might have approached her
about my feelings, but I somehow just knew that she already had a
girlfriend, and that it was her best friend. Sure enough, her best
friend ended up writing an essay for our Honours English class, all
about how she had fallen in love with her female best friend. Lol. Go
figure, eh? Now, I'm in a happy relationship with a man. Life sure is
funny.

Whatever you decide to do, I wish you the best of success and
happiness. You'll find the girl for you, I've no doubt. It was Father
Satan who helped me find my love, because I asked him to. Don't give
up! Hail Father Satan always!

Thank you so much you guys, it does make me feel better. My friend tried to hook us up yesterday, by telling the girl I was going to ask her out (very bluntly), but the situation was so sporadic I don't know if the girl took my friend seriously. Now today she's twice as flirty (oh great).

I'm just going to be cautious. I don't want to break her and her new boyfriend up (because that seems kinda bitchy to me), but I do want a relationship.

I plan on diving into the chocolate.

lol, it really does help, as much of a depressant that it is. And thank you! Actually, I told her yesterday that I wasn't planning on taking her away from her boyfriend, and I gave her the letter I had written. Immediately she said yes. I'm pretty happy now. ^^
