A few Cleaning Questions

So I've been trying to get serious about cleaning out my soul and I've considered doing a working with the RAUM mantra (54x) for 40 days to clean my aura/soul completely.

I have a few questions though:

1) If one does the above, where they "Vibrate it into their entire soul" like the instructions say from the JOS for the full aura cleaning, will this also clean my chakras as well as my aura? Or is this something I will have to do separately?

2) the reason I am doing this is because I tried returning curses and have experienced huge difficulty with the visualizing part of it (where the sun descends and cleans out each chakra). It takes extremely long and the visualizations go so badly it feels like it never even did anything (I have trouble getting the sun to slowly descend). Would doing the above be a proper substitute for the returning curses part 1 for getting all of the enemies curses out of me and my chakras?

3) It is highly suggested to do aura cleaning after the final RtR, but I have found myself in a position where I will need to have a bit of a time delay between when I finish my RtRs and when I can aura clean (about 2-3 hours), will it still have the full impact of cleaning out the curses I just reversed or no?

1) As stated it cleanses your entire soul, including the chakras, but as they are the most important part of the soul that therefore has great influence on our spiritual progress and our entire life they need further cleansing, if you have a particularly dirty chakra, it will need extra care, etc.

In my experience it helps a lot to FEEL the dirt being pushed down, leaving your body, and then feeling lightened and cleaned up; in magic you generate the effect to create the cause.

3) It would be better to have it cleansed up right afterwards, with the FRTR you remove the curses from yourself too, and the filth rises to the surface, you can do the short version recommended by Hps Maxine and perhaps do the full version of returning curses from new to full moon.
