Is it common to feel the tight knot and pressure on the middle of your forehead hours after working on opening the Third Eye? It happened about 9 hours after I finished the meditation and it last for several minutes.
Another thing is that last night I did see something really freaky and strange. There was some light coming into my room from the moon (I like to keep the blinds open because I like to look outside and stuff), then the hairs on the back of my neck stood up and I felt my whole body go from lax to being alert and this really big shadow thing was moving around like crazy out of the corner of my eye. It never said anything, but it was like...twisting around all crazy and it freaked me out. After it did its crazy dance, it just disappeared. The whole room just went dark from its presence though, which is weird because I always get some form of moonlight into my room. What the heck is it?
