A bit on Meditations

I just want to know what is the best way to do satanic meditations to get the best out of it. For example, consentrating in the chant, energy, or on the feeling of the meditation. I have my ways but want to see and compare how other people meditate and which way impowers us the most.

for me,the aithhvril meditation,i vibrate the galdr/mantra in its number,do a mudra while doing this.then clean my aura from the raised energy.
