The other night, while meditating, I felt a rush and suddenly, I was in a place that was so peaceful and beautiful. It was a misty forest, a pond with a waterfall, surrounded by lilies. I felt like there was someone else there. It was a new experience for me. At the end, I came back to the here feeling more relaxed than I have in a long time, yet full of energy. Has anyone else had an experience like this?
