Greetings!
15 degree is not always the same. It is considered dangerous only in the fixed signs, mostly Taurus and Leo. Other fixed signs are much much less problematic. Leo one is the most powerful and most dangerous degree in the Zodiac or one of the very few such degrees. I saw example where Jupiter could endure and subdue this but there was a lot of sublimation and a lot of impact into civilization. It was in a fortunate house in a chart with a lot of Septile group aspects.
For sublimation you have to look at the house it rules and stands in and the planet on it, in your case Jupiter. Jupiter in itself is a strong topic of helping the world in whatever sphere. For the specific sphere you have to ask the Gods and your heart. The key is to completely sublimate this energy flat so that it is busy and under control through its business. Then it will be busy with the other things and "will have no time" to harm you, so to say. The affair of the sublimation should be extremely noble service to humanity in any sphere of your own choice and free will - so that this energy "liked" the affair and "agreed" to be sublimated into it.
