I am thinking this is Chakra meditations/openings? All Satanic Meditations listed on the site?

Any other information on this is greatly appreciated.

Not only these, all kinds of meditations or power meditations as in all of them you concentrate on sth. Even if you do hatha yoga and focus in the asana and concentrate in feeling your vibration it still counts.
