I know how powerful visualisation is, but some from whom i learned visualisation in the past said that visualisation something "bad" about someone will hurt me instead of the one i aimed at, is this accurate somehow? I always thought intuitively that visualisation is too powerful that they claim that to avoid the attacks by those who learned it.

You can do a lot with someone’s natal chart; the key is creativity.
For example, if a person’s chart shows a predisposition to certain mental illnesses, you can curse in a way that activates and realizes that predisposition.
Something like: “X suffers from [that specific illness they’re prone to] forever and ever, in the good ways for me"
Always add "in a good way for me"

It’s important to use the present tense, “suffers” or “is sick,” not “will become sick.”
You can also time the curse to hit exactly during the periods when negative transits or progressions begin in the victim’s life (you can see those periods clearly from the natal chart). It all depends on your creativity and how deeply you can read the information in the chart.
Or you can just bind this person, if you aren't having enough power.

If visualising a bad thing safe ? I heard some say the subconscious doesnt know if its you or the other person, so it may damage you instead, can you enlighten me on that.
