Hello. I turned 20 and my body is changing very quickly. I'm a woman, and I don't know if it's because I haven't been eating enough, but I can't say I've been eating well for the last five or six years. This year, for the first time, I noticed that my hips are starting to melt away, if that's the right word... I started to get hip dips, now it's not visible that much but it really bothers me when I think about it, or how the sides of my hips have flattened, how it looks when I wear pants. What can I do to plump up my body again? I eat butter and at least three eggs every day, and I drink milk. Since this is the first time it's happened this year, I don't think it's genetic. What do you recommend I do? Is exercising a good idea for this? Or could eating more than I normally do solve the problem?
It may seem like a silly and funny question, but it's really important to me.

Go to a nutritionist and talk to him or her about your problem and the fact that you would like to solve it, and he or she will give you the perfect diet for you, suited to your body.
Also, yes, exercising is always the answer. You will be able to firm up your body and be stronger and healthier

Hit the gym.

Besides going to a nutritionist, working out and eating enough, which will definitely help, you can also do a full medical check for hormones, to see if there is any hormonal imbalance in your body.

Maybe as you're just starting to approach adulthood and its problems, and life might have became more stressful than when you were a teenager until you adapt fully, your body adapted by raising the level of androgens and lowering the level of estrogen.

Estrogen is the main hormone responsible for shaping a curvy figure, and it makes you store more fat on the hips and breasts. But it can be suppressed by a lot of factors, including mental, and your body goes through a recomposition.

Try to look if there are other symptoms. But keep in mind that not a lot of them will be noticeable now, as your problem is recent, it didn't develop in years.

But it's worth getting a check early in case this is the problem, so it won't continue to develop.
Take care sister!

Drink raw milk, eat more meat, eat organ meats too. You want to increase your estrogen production.

Remember that the amount a curve a woman has is not only decided by her diet, but also by her hip bone and skeleton structure. There are also specific workouts that can help build muscle around the hip area to give off a bigger curvature.

Thank you everyone.
Going to a nutritionist doesn't seem possible for me right now.
I forget to eat, I've lost ten pounds due to depression in recent years, I went from 55kg to 45kg (Because I'm short, these numbers aren't as scary as they seem).
Still, I always had very curvy lines, perhaps due to the Moon in my 1st house.
Now this change stressed me out a lot.
So I will focus on gaining weight and increasing estrogen, I have heard that Vitex tea also may be effective in this regard.

If you work out you will have a bigger appetite and will be able to eat more + build some muscles + gain fat where it is intended.
This can be planetary influence and it'll likely pass.

The foundation for a healthy, good looking body is good food. Sadly most nutritionists are taught modern dogshit in line with what the Rockefeller foundations and pharmaceutical industries wish to be taught. Too often people default to "speak to a doctor" or "speak to a nutritionist" as the default method of going about things. It's a total cop-out, where reliance on external "experts" (i.e. paper qualifications from jew infiltrated institutions) is somehow a self-responsible choice. It isn't. It's the opposite.

I suggest you look into real health experts. These are people like Aajonus Vonderplanitz, Paul Chek and the woman who led the GAPS diet.

The most important macronutrient (and unsurprisingly the most demonised) is raw animal fat. Don't fear saturated fat. It is ambrosia from the gods for a human body. On the flipside processed food is dogshit which steals nourishment from the body + don't fall into this supplement taking dogshit either (it can help but the vast majority of the time those who turn to them are trying to fix a horrid diet). I've seen women and kids load up and eat raw animal fat change. Dry or flaky skin (one of the most telltale signs you are heavily deficient) disappears over weeks, often months of regular fat consumption and bodies transform into vibrant, strong and objectively more attractive looking bodies. They also sleep better, feel better and are happier in every way.

For the record, exercise and yoga are nothing compared to a proper diet. Your egg, butter and milk consumption is good. But go heavier. You will notice a stark, undeniable difference within 10 days assuming you can get past the "eek, I don't wanna get fat" or "eek, won't I get heart disease" fears the jew have planted into the common woman.
