This condition manifests in physical symptoms such as excessive heat sensation in my body, pain and tingling in my knees and ankles. My nervous system is constantly on high alert, making it difficult for me to relax and calm down. Because of this, when I sleep with the lights off, I frequently experience sleep paralysis, hallucinations, and frightening sounds. Sleeping with the lights on makes my body try to protect itself, but this is not a healthy state either.

Due to this dysregulation, even the slightest sound or movement in my environment triggers me excessively, and I do not feel safe. I cannot fully trust anyone in my social circle, and I have a feeling that even my closest ones will betray me. This adds more stress to my nervous system I guess. My nervous system’s persistent alarm state during night leads to chronic stress, fragmented sleep, and a diminished sense of security, making night time a constant challenge rather than a period of restoration.

What can I do to overcome this situation?

Do a hatha yoga routine before bed and when you wake up.

Do several rounds of long deep belly breathing.

Do kirtan kriya.

Stop using the Internet so much and go for walks outside if possible.

Eat root vegetables like potatoes, sweet potatoes, asparagus, and beets. Some fruits like blueberries and grapes are beneficial to help soothe you.

Try a white noise machine for sleep, there's also alarm clocks that gradually add warm light as it reaches your desired wake up time. Meditate upon Zeus and feel his loving protection.

Thanks. I should also tell this, some of the symptoms started after the yoga. I did 5 Tibetans and Hatha Yoga. Then heat begun. Especially in my feet. When I hold them, there is no excessive heat but I felt like they are burning. Is this normal?

Welcome here, sorry for your condition, deep anxiety may lead to health problems in the long run.
As said, try to relax and reduce the environment level of affection of your mind as constant news, informations about problems, etc may out the mind in alarm mode and you connect to the general mass-mind vortex of energy, that is quite alarmed and worried - depending where you live.

Anyway, what you describe is a strong red flat for emotional trauma you may have suffered in childhood or previous life.
You perceive the mind in "alarm mode", most likely it is the same also during the day but you don't perceive it as it's unconscious.
Just in case, you have been beaten, insulted, deprived of freedom, abused or ridiculed for an extended period of time when you were a kid (most people did suffer that), this may lead the mind to be in persistent alarm mode.
Because, due to past abuse/violence - if any - the mind is trained that danger is arounf every corner and no safe place and moment exist. Because often those kinf of traumas come from known and trusted people or caregivers. So, the mind learns there is nothing, noone and nowhere to be trusted.

If you want to find the root cause of this and work on it, I would ask your GD to show you what triggered your anxious state of mind.
Then, you may be able to work on this and heal the problem at the root.

As usual, I am silent unless I talk about my direct experience, and I have personal experience in that. With myself, and also others.

In closing, I am strongly convinced you suffered deep traumas. I then express my feeling of sadness and support to you, for this event.
Should your ever find this is the case, and you want to vent out, and talk - do this freely on here.
It is important to be listened and understood by another human being, so important. You will be listened.
