Venus. Also foods that have a lot of collagen or collagen supplement.

Alcohol too. Alcohol ages, which is why heavy drinkers end up looking older than most, after that becomes an habit for a while.

Avoid excessive sun exposure and sugar (sugar majorly ages you, it is responsible for glycation which weakens and degrades the collagen in your skin).
Does this apply only to refined sugar or also to naturally occurring sugar in foods, such as fructose?

Interesting question, apparently so, there are some studies showing fructose is worse than glucose in accelerating glycation 💭 but I think the issue would be more eating high fructose corn syrup in fizzy drinks and candy or something... not necessarily whatever is in like a fruit or two a day.

I hope so especially at this time of year that I have access to some absolutely delicious organically grown fruit ☀️

Fruit needs to be eaten in moderation like any food. It's nature's dessert. You can have it every day of course, preferably outside of meals.

You should eat it outside of meals because fruit is digested quite fast, faster than grains, protein, and fat. Faster than simple vegetables like a normal salad.

If you eat it with meals, it will rot in your stomach before it's digested, so you won't get the full benefits of it. This is a mistake many Italians do. My paternal grandmother for example was obsessed with eating a lot of fruit at the end of lunch and dinner. She never looked healthy nor in shape, because she couldn't access the full benefits of fruit.

The thing is that many fruits are rich in antioxidants: that helps you keep young. Just eat them at outside of meals. Similarly, there's very vegetables that are rich in antioxidants.

Berries are the top sources of antioxidants, particularly anthocyanins. Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, cranberries...

Apples are great for antioxidants too, and should be eaten with the skin on.

Cherries, rich in polyphenols. Dark grapes, rich in resveratrol.

Citrus fruits like lemons, oranges, grapefruits... are rich in vitamin C, another powerful antioxidant.

Plums, especially dark plums. Pomegranate, avocado, mango, papaya.

Thank you very much, Stormblood. Yes, I make that mistake too. I will try to eat it for snack.

The only way to 100% remove wrinkles and lines is to complete the Magnum Opus. So focus on spiritual advancement, not endless skin care products which usually barely work and often have harmful ingredients in them.

Wrinkles are associated with aging and a lack of beauty, but they are also not the only way you can be beautiful. Other elements of the skin (like glow, pigmentation, etc), behaviors and actions, the way you dress, and so on all influence one's expression of femininity. Hyper-focusing on wrinkles alone, or other parts of the body that are harder to change, distracts from this.

The same can be true of men and height or jaw structure, too. Of course these are important, but they are hard to change. Yet, do a Mars square and skin quality, facial expression, tone of voice, movement patterns, feelings of internal power, and so on will all change, and these together can count for more than what you could not change, especially if the aim is to just get a partner or something.

Yes. Vitamin C is good source of building collagen.. Drinking water too helps in building good skin... The skin can't be fully reversed but to certain extent it can be improved... You can do yogic exercises some of them you might find on YouTube it's a quick fix but it's good for longer term... Do meditate... Anxiety also affects the skin in bad way...
