While doing Lilith's absolution Ritual, during some of the vibrations and affirmations I would get a heavy feeling on my chest as if something was pressing down on it. After the ritual, when meditating on Her energy any time I inhaled I would feel a sudden jab at my heart anytime I inhaled. After the ritual I felt stranger and lightheaded. Rule out any physical reasoning for this with a cardiologist, heart pain is not normal and should never be ignored as it could be benign, or incredibly serious like an arrhythmia or issue wit the heart.
