I started filling up and inputting data on my forms before void course, the I submitted it on void course does it count as a void course working and null? Would it screw up my applications?

Not everything gets null and void during the VoC moon, but there may be a higher chance of it being missed by the recipients so you should do a follow-up email or phone call to make sure it got through.
