I am a beginner Satanist and am seeking guidance.
Besides the rituals I have read about, I wish to give Satan my blood, speak with him, and create a ritual of my own; In a sense.
Is this acceptable?

Giving Satan your own “blood” sounds like a corrupted concept by the enemy. There is no need for such a thing.

The so-called “giving of blood” is only done in the dedication ritual and has nothing to do with the bloody rituals pushed by the media. But yes, you can always pray to Satan and talk to him. It takes time to develop a relationship with the Gods, but once you start to build a relationship, naturally that relationship will become more and more special over time and it will become “your own ritual”.

If you want a working to get closer to him, you can do either Satan's Absolution Ritual or Satan's Psalm. You can meditate on his sigil. Don't forget to meditate and grow too. But remember that these things take time and if you are going to be here for many years, you have that time. So take your time and be sincere and honest.

Satan is our everything and we all have to be close to him!
