Daily routines such as

Yoga, breathing, color and chakra work.

I started them a long time ago and spontaneously since then I have been doing them daily.

I am not sure if there was an uncourse moon at the beginning of these works.

Should I take a 1-2 day break and start again when the moon is 100% on course, or is that okay and the daily routine will start counting from the day the moon was on course?
