Is this normal? I'm freaking out. There was a LOT of blood in my stool after I opened my base chakra. I know the chakra is heavily involved with that region, do I go to the doctor? Do I close it?

I think this has more to do with whatever you’re eating. Did you radically change your diet recently? Are you eating foods that are very spicy/fibrous, as those could cause your gut discomfort.

Consult your medical doctor right away please. There can be blood in the stool due to ulcers or other ailments. You should follow this up immediately. Hopefully, it is just hemorrhoids (but the wound may need attention regardless).

You should focus on balancing your energies and keeping your chakras clean and open, as this can enhance your ability to recover. Opening the base chakra does not cause harm; rather, it works to heal and restore you. Working upon the base chakra may have revealed an issue that requires attention, if it’s connected to this process anyways.
