i am aware similar questions have been asked, but i still have no answer.

so whenever i do anything, whether it be Gods' rituals or thinking something to myself, there is often a voice that keeps answering.
i am not suggesting these are Gods talking to me, as im sure they are exceptionally busy and probably dont fancy to just hang around in my head all day. however, a lot of the information i get from it is often very useful. when i needed something to help me concentrate, as i desperately could not, i heard which rune i could use to help. afterwards i searched it and it was a good one for that purpose. i myself know next to nothing about runes. oftentimes when getting ready for work, i just suddenly hear "hurry up" or "leave now" and check to see the bus is indeed getting here early and i need to leave instantly.
trivial and silly examples i gave, but many things come to me this way. my entire meditation program has been built like this, listening to advice on what to add and so on. and it works greater than ever before.
i know the obvious answer is work more on your astral senses and you'll discern between what are your own thoughts and what may be from other sources, but my issue is, i dont know whether to keep following it or not. I'm not entirely convinced its only my own mind, as some information i got listening to it, i simply did not know previously at all, but its also difficult to believe someone (not implying only gods, any entity at all) would just hang around for that long either. its been going on for months, if not longer
i am aware i sound insane but im simply trying to find out whether to beware of it or not

Intuition doesn't need you to consciously have information about something in order to give you guidance. It's from a realm beyond the conscious mind.

This seems to be a good sign regardless, so keep doing what you're doing.

I just a skill you're developing. Personally, my intuition is often accompanied by a sort of euphoria; maybe it's the same for you. And I too have intuition about things I do not know.

Next time you can simply ask whether a God or Goddess is communicating with you. They will respond in ways you can understand.
