#666 inconfortable after meditation

When I pratice the meditation after I feel much incofortable and i feel fear of darkness and i cant sleep. I am satanist since 2018, this appened since 2022 after a violent relationship. This is actually a common experience for some people, especially when starting out. Meditation can bring up subconscious fears and otherwise challenging emotions. This can be karmic (stemming from a past life or lives) and/or due to social conditioning in this lifetime. It could also be a subconscious fear linked to seeing unwanted things as you open up psychically.

One way to address this is by deprogramming your mind to remove any beliefs that meditation is harmful or "evil." Meditation is, in fact, a positive practice that uplifts and improves your well-being. Void Meditation is a key to help deal with unwanted thoughts and emotions.

In addition, you should do a Freeing the Soul working. This should focus on releasing any negativity, fear, or obstacles that may be holding you back, allowing you to progress spiritually with ease and enjoyment. The goal is to create a path forward that feels both uplifting, positive, and harmonious for you. An affirmation could be something like "I am now totally and completely free from any fear, hindrance and obstacle that prevents me from advancing spiritually. In a very positive way for me". Of course, you can customize this as you see fit.
