I've been meditating for a while now and while void and trance are difficult. I've come to an issue that I simply empower the respective chakras and work with them even putting attention a lot to them in essence. I've also worked on the minor chakras as well and focus on them quite a bit like my main chakras.
1. My question is how can I get in touch with the claires or clear -capabilities of the chakra?
2. How long does it take for the senses to develop?
