What are the difference between the 5 tibetan breaths and the 10 tibetan breaths? And which is the most powerful/better of the two?

Thank you to those that take the time to reply.

They are just different exercises for empowering the soul. It's really up to the individual which one is better for them.

In My experience the five Tibetan rites are more physically intense. It takes more strength and endurance to perform the five rites than it does to perform the ten.

In My own experience I have noticed that the five rites help with the spinning of the chakras. It also is exceptionally useful for opening up all bioelectricity points of the soul. Sometimes it is extremely blissful especially when you follow it up with a good, long void meditation session.

The ten rites are much easier to perform. The ten rites even have a few exercises that empower the aura and certain organs. It is up to the individual to decide which one you like better.

Try performing the ten rites on week and the ten rites the next week and record how you feel after each session. Decide which one gives you the most progress.

Side note*
Personally, I was going to try to perform all 15 but it is time consuming. From experience I say do not overwhelm yourself with practices and expect a bunch of results. This happened to me and I had to decide which "exercise" programs I need to exclude because I do not have enough time to do everything I want to do. Who am I kidding. That is happening right now.

I hoped this helped. I kinda trailed off there at the end.
