5 & 10 tibetan breaths

what's the actual difference between 5 and 10 Tibetan breaths? The benefits of each are..?What is the most important among these two to do daily and when ?
I usually do either kundalini yoga or hatha yoga in the morning only ,sometimes in the evening too. I'd like to add either 5 or 10 Tibetan breaths too. Hatha Yoga or Kundalini yoga are both necessary right?
I seem to confuse myself in this question lol all I want to do is to do these 4 or at least 3 excluding (10 tibetan  breaths )daily. Possible? Or is this too much?
