Hello everyone.

I have had advanced scoliosis of the first degree for a long time (about 5 years). My back is not just crooked, I literally don't have the strength to stand and sit up straight.

What kind of negative things can this bring about spiritually? I have big problems concentrating on life and reality, my consciousness is quite vague. My bad mercury affects this, but can scoliosis affect it and how much? And besides that, what problems can I expect from scoliosis (besides the inability to perform some yoga poses)?

Hello everyone.

Daily Kundalini yoga and weekly vitamin D capsule intake (6000 İU) helped me with my spinal pain. My back hurt so much... Man, I couldn't even sit on a chair.

Can you lay on your back on the floor? Corpse pose (laying on your back as if you are dead with a flat back) on a hard floor while doing full inhale/exhale breaths can help a lot with long term general back pain. It can be painful while doing the pose, it work miracles for general back pain. I just don't know a lot about advanced scoliosis specifically, might want to consult an physio therapist or expert before trying.
