I have wrongly done a working for 41 days instead of 40. Is it fucked up now? I know I could continue and do 80 or 90 days, but I would rather not, because I had programmed other workings.

It doesn't have to be exactly 40 days. It just has to be equal or more than 40 days to be permanent. Less than 40 can often not be permanent, depending on what you're working on. But it doesn't have to stop at exactly 40.
