3rd Eye?

Up until recently which is around a couple months ago, I started to notice that when I look close enough with my two physical eyes i can see the image of people that Ive looked at in the physical world, when I'm not looking at them if that makes any sense , I can see their body and face and sometimes I even seen random face's and body figures when there's no one around me. Hopefully this all makes sense

My question is does this have something to do with my 3rd eye and me being able to see beings and people spiritually. Up until that point i was meditating a lot, does that have something to do with it?, and is there anything that I should do to advance this possibly?

I've also experienced this when I was new and was told the best way is to just let it pass and continue to power meditate rather than attaching to them. I think it's just your subconscious expressing your emotional connections, much like a dream and is nothing to worry about.
