3rd eye change

I dunt know if i missed it but when did the third eye meditation
change from theeeeeee to th th th oh oh oh ht ht ht ?????? big
change, one a vibration and now a hunning breath. WHy and is it better.

The Thoth one is more effective in my opinion. I assume that was why
it was changed.
