What do you recommend for unstoppable thoughts (obsessive)? I have been practicing emptiness meditation every day for a few months now, but so far I haven't seen any benefits...
Every person has a different way of stoping obssesive thoughts. The best would be not caring about them and keep what you are doing. They will go away on their own when you not try to stop them.
