2 book review?

Hello everyone I just found a few intresting books on the internet, many positive reviews regarding their effectiveness but after a short glimpse through one of them it seems to use hebrew magick(I saw some YHVH even though it had ANKAR in front of it) even though it was stated in it that no religious belief is required for it to work.I didnt yet immersed myself in the reading so I want to know if it worths looking into. So if anyone has any experience with them or thinks it wuldnt be reccomended or even dangerous to use them please reply.

Al G Manning - The Magic of New Ishtar Power
