What make's this so difficult?

If one devoted much of their time to developing this power, is it possible to obtain? Or is it only for "special" people who already have a proclivity for this in their natal chart?

You essentially have to destroy somebody completely on the physical plane and then transport each and every molecule and atom to an entirely different location PERFECTLY while maintaining the integrity of their soul and putting everything back into place.
How many atoms of your self can you concsiously control right now? Okay now try doing that to each and every one of them.

From my understanding its one of the most difficult things to do in all of existence.

You are describing a method from science fiction or what modern physicists propose.

We are talking about moving with the help of spiritual forces, which is different.

I don't think such an ability can be developed just like that, it takes years for people to just open astral vision or something like that, we have degraded a lot and this is a level far beyond all that.

-where is the gall bladder?

Do you know the exact molecular structure of these? If not, you could re-materialise those wrong and subsequently die.

It's also theoretically possible in certain places, anomalous or something. Every year a huge amount of people disappear without a trace, yes some of it is the fault of organ traffickers or something, but there is still a real % of mysterious cases. This is dangerous in any case, so even if there is such knowledge, it will not be publicly released for safety reasons.
