12 or 13 months?

Been seeing this, any thoughts on the 13 months and dropped to 12 months.
I mean I can see it happing.
From my understanding even the moon is 28 days.
Being back to the ancient times I'm guessing when much was altered.
So another post with turtle shell it has 28 slots.

Any other thoughts?
