10 Tibetan breaths

Kyle11 min to read

I'm kinda new and I did 4 out of the 10 breaths and did full rounds
But now I feel light and fuzzy and light headed is thiss normal?

yes but thaat could be a sign to not overdue it and don't do too many breath repititions. If you feel you are getting to dizzy and light headed in an uncomfortable way then slow down.
