Yes that i know, but the method i m using, i generally use the first is, is correct right? It can be around a person, while imaging rune inside of that person and not necessarily in a ball around you. Right?

While using runes on someone,(evocation) i generally visualize the runes in that person, from a image of theirs, and then start vibrating runes, with each vibration i build the energy around that person, of the color suitable with working. When i m done with vibration, i keep the visualization...
