Just plan your meditations sessions in such a way that u clean after rtrs. for example start with pranayama,then void then raise energies,do rtrs,clean,protect urslef and empower (if u feel like u are clean enough)

Yes,its more protection inclined than cleaning. It all comes down to personal prefrence in the end as how one wants to program energy. I program it to clean and send them back to senders,because i already use algiz multiple times during the day with higher reps for protection.

Keep doing meds and rtrs. I have had tons of these attacks but once you start to clean and protect yourself they become way less and everything becomes much more clearer. If someone gets random thoughts like "am i jew?" only after starting meds or dedication highly likely,they are not.
