1. How many minutes does it take you to enter deep trance / tetha trance? What did you guys do to achieve it?
2. Any tips on how to enter medium trance easily? I can easily enter a light trance but can't seem to enter medium trance.
3. Do I need to be in medium trance to be able to feel my chakras for chakra breathing? I can feel my crown chakra while on beta state but can't feel my root somehow.
4. I medidtate while laying down on my back because my parents are chrsitians, any tips for me?

1. It can vary from a couple of minutes to longer, depending on how relaxed I am and can get. The best method I have found is simply focusing on the breath and allowing my entire body to relax, and thoughts to clear from my mind. The falling method of Trance also works wonders, especially the elevator method.

2. Focus solely on the breath. By doing this, you naturally clear the thoughts from your head, and most importantly, you RELAX. The key to achieving trance is to lower your brainwaves, think of trying to fall asleep at night, and get to this level of relaxation while still being completely conscious and aware.

3. No, you do not need to enter medium trance to be able to feel your chakras for chakra breathing, although it is more powerful this way. You can do this in light trance or even in just a relaxed state. You need to practice every day with each chakra to be able to start feeling them more proficiently

4. This is completely fine; this actually can help you get into more relaxed states and deeper trances, BUT be careful not to accidentally fall asleep in this position. Holding a mudra can help prevent this and enhance your meditation. I recommend Jnana Mudra (👌)

1 and 2: It’s different for everyone to enter the trance. Need very good relaxation and truly let go let the body lie and you consciousness dissolve through boundaries.

If you do headrest can help focusing on a back of your head where it is touching a pillow, this alters your awareness from your eyes and helps to trance.
Melt in your breath, with every breath out imagine yourself falling at the same time.

I use this technique. Medium trance demands a set up mentally before you start letting go of everything, just relaxing and drifting off, melting into relaxation, letting your awareness loose and expand, patience and persistence, and daily practicing.

3. Light trance is alright, some chakras of not felt doesn’t mean they don’t work, it’s alright to not feel them unless you truly stimulate them more and you can feel that stimulation which you cause, they are subtle energy centres, don’t be upset about not feeling, practicing counts anyway and adds to your experience, keep striving and do your best. That’s all you need. Light trance is good for any meditation because then what matters is your will and truly doing meditation exercises for which light one suffices enough, unless you want to do Hypnosis then the deeper is better.
4. This is good. Others look for excuses to not do, but you find ways how to do, and this very important and is crucial. Do them as you are able.

Starting out, it could easily take me at least ten minutes to relax my body enough to even come close, but I'm counting myself as a severe case. It's bound to get easier with patience and practice, and as you grow more comfortable with the experience, the easier it will feel to deepen them. I recently had a break through that helped me enter more consistent trances myself. As someone who also meditates lying down, just be careful not to fall asleep.

How many minutes does it take for you to get to sleep? Because that is what it is about. The main difference is that during trance, you stay just a little bit more awake and aware. Everyone knows how to get to sleep. So use that to your advantage.

You need to let go completely to enter a deeper trance. First examine your body and muscles from top to bottom, release all tension in your body. Do not rush, focus on breathing. Do this https://templeofzeus.org/Anchor_Meditation_1.php

Then what I do once I'm completely still and relaxed is I imagine myself laying where I'm laying, and I open a portal in front of me, strip away the material reality around me and enter an infinite dark space. One of the SGs shared this method of imagining yourself in an infinite dark space for trance, don't imagine your body anymore you are just a floating consciousness.

From here I guess it is possible to enter higher dimensions depending on the purity and strangeness of your soul, openness of your mind and whatever, I don't know exactly.
