Mindfullness practice

Mindfulness practices worked well for me, but the new Awareness Meditations section in the ToZ website has helped me much more and way faster.

I recommend The Pythagorean Day Meditation each night and many of the other Awareness Meditations when you can, it not only de-stresses you but fast-tracks your spiritual advancement (sensing energy, developing focus, etc) this one helped me a lot to be more mindful and unite my mind with my body and soul 🌞✨

mindfullness instructors do this as a job, but I am afraid of buddhism influence. Do you think it is ok?

Were you considering going to an instructor? If so, I don't think it would be necessary since you can get the benefits from at-home practices (as contained in the ToZ) without worrying about potential Buddhist influences.

i was just curious about their teachings, to see if there are positive teachings out there, but I see it is all corrupted
 
We have many great meditations on the main website and here by our Clergy. That is all a Zevist needs. Have you read the newest section about what Zevism is truly is?

 
To avoid wasting time and money, I'd rather look for instructors for practices that involve the physical body, such as asana, qi gong, and the like. Unless you have specific psychological issues that you feel require professional help.
 
Yeah, consider the Mindfulness pratices or protocols into theorical framworks such as the third wave of cognitive-behavioural, they do implement those pratices,
As noted above. new section of Awareness, i mean not so much new as it's present already on the ToZ for at least 3 months.

It's the core and what's useful to raise awareness how the mind works in a very pratical and straight manner with levels so it's definitively viable and advisable to learn such tools.
Expecially the medidation for observing toughts in this context.

Also therapy is a huge help, as a trained Therapist can help you a lot, i will report my experience:

As myself i'm still going to therapy, back then i started again to aquire interest for the altered states such as self-hypnosis and that's one the reasons i returned after a loong break, but keeping in mind to be more healthy and balanced psychologically, not some strange teen ""lunatic"" (nothing extreme i was moore awkard back then), but i can say, therapy helped me to approach medidations and the ToZ material in a more serene way.
