What's the best contraceptive you think that can help both protect against pregnancy (I don't include condoms here) and also help regulate hormones? I have a lot of hormonal fluctuations and this kills me every month.
A moon square is very rare for me to be able to do and wait for the results.
I'm suffering a lot.
Please, help me. Thank you very much for the answers.

In my opinion, the best contraceptive is an IUD. Most people use pills, that distrupt the hormones, injectables, and condoms, which are good if you don't know if the person has any illness, to protect yourself, not as a contractraceptive.

The IUD is a T-shaped string made of copper or gold that is inserted in the uterus by a gynecologist and removed by one. It is a non-surgical procedure. The copper ones have an effectiveness span of 6-7 years and the gold ones more than 10 years.

The sperm dies in contact with these metals instantly. If you decide to have a pregnancy you will have to make an appointment to the gynecologist and have the IUD removed, don't try to remove it at home. These don't distrupt your hormones either, it's just some strings of that metal in the beginning of your uterus, it doesn't do anything but sit there.

I'm surprised not many people know about this contraceptive method. This should be the standard. It's extremely easy, effective and without any hormonal side effects.

And about regulating your hormones, you would have to live an active life, eat healthy, make sure to stop any contraceptive pills if you take any and switch to an IUD. If you have painful periods, try taking Magnisium and Iron, because we lose a lot of these nutrients around menstruation.

Greetings, Sisters!

Please educate yourselves on horrible situation in so called "modern" medicine in regards to these things.

I was told my very high surgeon of my country honestly that any European or Russian modern science (in the open circles so to say) can provide 0% to people in regards to hormonal diseases or tumor problems.

Here are links I collected from our forum and the TCM internet about this - please read and open links inside. These symptoms show extreme imbalance that needs to be addressed, or our body would not have given us so many signs of abnormality. People brainwashed that it is ok to experience this, do nothing about this just and just let this run on its own is exact plan to destroy the White Race while proceeding Yahubor farma money racket. Nothing runs smoothly on its own, especially in Kali Yuga where all health and wealth was destroyed. Everything is built by effort, and the knowledge how it is built is being now concealed from the populace.

Supplementing with daily magnesium (I take magnesium glycinate) and a consistent hatha yoga routine can help with cramping.

Depending on your specific hormonal issue, treating it can vary since something like PCOS relates more to excess androgens versus issues stemming from oestrogen dominance (which may also be due to low progesterone). Even obesity is linked to general hormonal issues since excess fat cells can produce hormones beyond what is needed, further worsened by chronic inflammation + stress.

Spearmint tea is said to help a lot with PCOS and lowering androgens. Chasteberry can help you if your issues are due to low progesterone.

For non-hormonal ways of preventing pregnancy, it's usually recommended to use two methods together so stick with condoms (used correctly) and something like the withdrawal method, avoiding fertile days. Do some reading up before considering a non-hormonal copper IUD since this has been linked to side effects that can worsen inflammation (the copper IUD has been linked to exacerbating symptoms of menstruation, e.g., heavier and more painful periods, which you are already having issues with + make sure you don't have a copper allergy, even mildly) and more severe side effects worth researching. Use your discernment, these are just suggestions, always consult your doctor! :)

I only say this to remind everyone reading these responses. The only way to prevent pregnancy 100% is either no sex at all or surgery to have the overys taken out (sorry for the misspelled word). I say that so that everyone keeps it in mind that those two methods are the only 100% foolproof so that when your going thru the other methods you keep it in the back of your mind that there is a chance of having a child.
I'm not trying to warn anyone away from sex just that when it comes to male with female intercourse nothing is 100% foolproof. Even vascetomys aren't 100% cause if things aren't checked after the procedure is done there can still be sperm present.

So unless your gay- either male/male or female/female there will be a chance of a child. please keep it in mind when talking about protection.

About inner regulation.

About the spiritual aspect, Lord Asclepius Ritual should help metaphisically with the issue, correct me in case if I'm wrong.

About the phisical aspect, I don't know, I can't help you with that, sorry.

PMS gets AWFUL for me I will have extreme bouts of anger and inner rage along with forgetfulness and brain fog. Saffron extract is great for mood but don't take too much. Lemon balm is also good. Magnesium for cramps and sleep issues and sugar cravings (I need to take it again)

About periods, I've noticed that I feel worse symptoms when I get very stressed and anxious about something (like a final exam that I need to study, for example),
especially during the PMS phase. So I started to chill out when I notice that my period is about to come.
I get annoyed when I go to a doctor to complain about something and the only thing they can recommend is birth control pills. I never took those, and I don't intend to, so usually I never return. Luckily when I have a problem, it solves itself after some time.

But for women out there dealing with painful periods, remind yourself that women aren't supposed to function and work like men.
We have cycles related to the Moon, and the Moon is related also to our emotional side.
Without proper education, women can't identify which phase they are, they only count with phone apps. Their mothers also don't know anything, so the ignorance keeps repeating itself. Thankfully with the social media, there are people informing these things.
Of course, foods and herbs help too, but if there is something bothering you and you have been ignoring your feelings all the rest of the month, during the period phase it will all go out and wreck you.

Women out there are popping pills, cutting out their period because they think it's disgusting, and thinking it is normal to ignore their own body for the sake of working more (thinking it is normal for a women to be working 9 to 5, 24/7, only using her left side of the brain), making more money, buying more useless stuff, and praising their independence. Then they have nasty periods and think it is normal for a women to feel this way. Women are supposed to be using their creative side, the feminine needs to be playful, flowing like water, not stuck inside a box. I see women out thinking that chilling out is just coming home and watching Netflix, binging useless TV shows that brings nothing to their lives. Then they mock the ones that are coloring books, painting, making jewelry with beads, saying that it is "childish", that adults should be reading "dark romance" books.
