Are electrosensitivity symptoms normal for people like us? :

- heart palpitations, tachycardia, arrhythmias;
- dizziness, ringing in the ears, tinnitus, feeling of pressure in the ears;
- headaches and migraines;
- fatigue, exhaustion;
- joint pain, muscle tension;
- dermatological symptoms such as itching, pain, swelling, erythema;
- sleep disturbances;
- digestive disorders;
- symptoms related to excess histamine such as nausea, asthma, etc.;
- mood disturbances, such as unusual irritability, anxiety, panic attacks (feeling like you need to leave the area immediately);
- neurocognitive problems, spatial disorientation, difficulty concentrating and coordinating, brain fog, etc.

Look, it's not normal at all to feel this bad. It's super important that you understand this: when you work with energy, your body is literally the wiring. If you apply a "voltage" that your wires aren't ready for, you're going to get electrocuted and blow a fuse. And that's exactly what's happening to you with all those symptoms you're describing.

The Issue of Physical Capacity

Someone with a larger or more muscular body is like a thicker wire; they can handle more current without overheating as much. They have a stronger natural "grounding." But keep in mind, that doesn't mean the rest of us can't.

The body is incredible, and yes, it adapts to anything, but each body has its own adaptation rate. You can't force a Ferrari to race on a dirt road if the engine and suspension aren't ready.

When the Body Says "Enough!"
Those symptoms you mention (arrhythmias, pain, dizziness, etc.) are your nervous system's cries for help. Your body is in full "emergency" mode, as if it were being chased by a tiger. You can't work with energy in a healthy way like this.

My main advice:
STOP IMMEDIATELY. Don't try to "endure" or "overcome" the pain. If you feel unwell, stop completely until all—and I mean all—of the symptoms disappear.

Give yourself time. Give your body time to assimilate the new practice. It might take days, weeks, or even months. There's no rush.

Grounding. Get back to earth! Walk barefoot in the grass, hug a tree (seriously), eat more substantial food (potatoes, meat, rice), do some physical exercise. You need to release that excess energy from your nervous system.

Return very slowly. When you feel 100% again, try the practice again, but at half the intensity or for half the time. If you feel even the slightest discomfort, stop again.

Learning to manage your energy is a marathon, not a 100-meter sprint. Take care of your physical body—it's the only one you have for this journey!
 
Another thing to help while grounding is to just do plain Void meditation. This will help with dozens of things going on and your still meditating. Please do take care of yourself, these symptoms are no joke please pay attention to your body and get yourself back to even keel. I know what it's like to fry yourself cause you try to do too much and don't take care of yourself. so please take care of yourself.
