Good morning, why is the Ego our enemy and how to remove it? what are we really?

The ego is your best friend.

Self-esteem is extremely important.

Ego only becomes a problem when it starts clouding an objective perspective. For example if you’re not very good at something and someone points that out, instead of incorporating that you call them a liar and still cling your belief that you are better than you actually are at that thing despite the evidence to the contrary.

Do not eliminate the ego. You can’t really do that anyway. Grow it, but to your benefit and in accordance to the Gods and realism.

Throw away all “dharmic”/new age/jewish concepts of “eliminating the ego”. That will only harm you.

The individual ego of yourself and collective ego of your tribe and religion is Pagan, Zevist and good for you. That is how both individuals and groups survive, thrive and conquer.

It is not. The Ego is one greatest things, as long as you keep it in balance.

You read about the Ego being the enemy somewhere else, not on ToZ. Something you read and saw elsewhere doesn't mean it's the teaching of ToZ or the ToZ agrees with it.

You’ll never get a better example of the individual and collective ego, and how it works, than the Roman Empire. They rose up and conquered their enemies one by one until they became the alpha civilization in the world. This happened because of the solid foundation of their beliefs in their Gods, pagan culture and knowing their place in history. They came from humble beginnings as farmers, to be the ultimate military power on Earth. All of this was slowly eroded away and then resulted in destruction because of jewish infiltration and the introduction of Xianity, which, as we know here, is the jew's number one brainwashing/mind enslavement program. The enemy knows how the human mind works and how to manipulate it.

Such stuff of thinking is actually Jewish. There is no "me VS ego" stuff basically. I would advice you reading more of Carl Gustav Jung books regarding subconsciousness.
My ego has been making me suffer for a long time now, I saw a video in which Carl Jung described the ego as the cause of everything and we need to integrate our own shadow, but if, as you say, the ego is not the cause then what is the cause and how can we get rid of it?

Jung never said the Ego is something bad, but an essential part of us. In Jung's model, the Ego is the link between the personality and the personal unconscious. Without it there would be disconnection between our inner and outer selves.

Maybe he said something different (my guess is that he said something like "everything bad is caused in the ego") and you misinterpreted it. You said he said "integrating your shadow", integrating means accepting a dissociated part of you and making it part of your personality, not disconnecting it or getting rid of it.

Problems are caused by imbalance and disconnection, not by one part that you "need to get rid of". This fighting mentality is what causes all the problems actually. Most problems are caused by people dissociating one part of their personality that they don't like. Hating and working to get rid of a part of you is going to make you insane. That's why (as you said Jung said) you need to integrate it.

And, I am taking this advice to. And thank you for sharing this!🙏❤️

It's what you feed into your ego. And how you project it.
I to have an ego. And I also let it get the best of me too. And I also made a fool of myself numbers of times because of it. Like take for example last year? With the post that I created having to do with politics and I put the wrong label on it and give people the impression that I was an idiot. Because I didn't allow myself to stop and think about reality and what we're living with. And not even being aware of the fact that I chose the wrong title but by that time it was too late. And instead of sitting down and explaining things to people I got angry and lashed out. Because of my pride and because of my ego I give people the impression that I was an idiot of some kind instead of taking the responsibility and doing things right I let my pride and my ego get the best of me when it wasn't even necessary. And that was when I deserved the criticism and I should have taken it like an adult. But instead of that I acted like it's silly child and gave people the impression that I didn't belong

Ecco perché (come hai detto Jung) devi integrarla.
it may be that the video was made with the wrong intentions, the video calls: your disturbing thoughts are not really you. there are many videos on YouTube that claim to be based on Yung's knowledge like this one

potrebbe essere che il video sia stato realizzato con intenzioni sbagliate, le videochiamate: i tuoi pensieri inquietanti non sono veramente te. ci sono molti video su YouTube che affermano di essere basati sulla conoscenza di Yung come questo

Yoga can help bring balance to the ego. No one here has ever suggested getting rid of it entirely. This is a false teaching of the enemy, as others have stated

With spiritual advancement and cleaning the dross of your soul, the ego transforms into what you really are. Your Ego is basically the manifestation of your soul in the form of consciousness. The more your ego is problematic, the more you need to work on yourself. With time you will become more of what you really are and the ego will heal.
