Good morning, why is the Ego our enemy and how to remove it? what are we really?

The ego is your best friend.

Self-esteem is extremely important.

Ego only becomes a problem when it starts clouding an objective perspective. For example if you’re not very good at something and someone points that out, instead of incorporating that you call them a liar and still cling your belief that you are better than you actually are at that thing despite the evidence to the contrary.

Do not eliminate the ego. You can’t really do that anyway. Grow it, but to your benefit and in accordance to the Gods and realism.

Throw away all “dharmic”/new age/jewish concepts of “eliminating the ego”. That will only harm you.

The individual ego of yourself and collective ego of your tribe and religion is Pagan, Zevist and good for you. That is how both individuals and groups survive, thrive and conquer.

It is not. The Ego is one greatest things, as long as you keep it in balance.

You read about the Ego being the enemy somewhere else, not on ToZ. Something you read and saw elsewhere doesn't mean it's the teaching of ToZ or the ToZ agrees with it.

You’ll never get a better example of the individual and collective ego, and how it works, than the Roman Empire. They rose up and conquered their enemies one by one until they became the alpha civilization in the world. This happened because of the solid foundation of their beliefs in their Gods, pagan culture and knowing their place in history. They came from humble beginnings as farmers, to be the ultimate military power on Earth. All of this was slowly eroded away and then resulted in destruction because of jewish infiltration and the introduction of Xianity, which, as we know here, is the jew's number one brainwashing/mind enslavement program. The enemy knows how the human mind works and how to manipulate it.

Such stuff of thinking is actually Jewish. There is no "me VS ego" stuff basically. I would advice you reading more of Carl Gustav Jung books regarding subconsciousness.
My ego has been making me suffer for a long time now, I saw a video in which Carl Jung described the ego as the cause of everything and we need to integrate our own shadow, but if, as you say, the ego is not the cause then what is the cause and how can we get rid of it?
