Thank you for your recognition. I can tell you, it took me awhile, and a bit of a roundabout approach to finding my guardian. I rushed in excited about this myself, and I have a feeling this is common, I cannot really blame any of us, being the Gods, not only as our guides, but friends, Eternal Forces, Magnificently powerful and Supreme beings, and wish to make us as themselves on top of all of that, and I really know thats not all either, I am excited to see what the future brings with them in many ways.
I had found my Guardian, quite obviously, but not to me at the time, but in a way that I could not see him or even hear him clearly until I had gone through many trials in life that caused me to go from a child, to a man, and then to a human. When coming back to the ToZ, I found the new Virtues section resonated powerfully with who I had/have become. I would not say this is necessarily how it would work for everyone, and of course, the vagueness, because the titanic amount of things that has happened between now, and who I used to be, who I took the good from to build upon, and removed the bad through many circumstances. Again, vagueness, I understand. The Gods have always shown they are there, watching, and helping me where they can at points I had not even been aware of.
I stick by what I said, and this in reality, is just a repeat of what the High Priests and Priestesses have said, and from what I understand as well, what Zeus and the Gods have passed to them to share with us here. That Spiritual Growth is an ongoing process and will vary on how we direct our energies, and how consistent and (in time) how much energy we can pack into our bouts of Power Meditation and so on through many means we may possess, and potentially possess in what we may gain to use for further advancement. Of course, this is said crudely, and more organization really should go into Spiritual practice so one's results are trackable and tangible. This also can help keep feelings of worthlessness and helplessness at bay, keeping oneself on tasks of advancement one can consistently complete, while at the same time, when you feel like you are able trying newer, and more powerful workings. One will do what one does though, and some I would imagine definitely jump ahead fast and then have to come back, sometimes this happens many times. I believe the consistent, steady approach, even if you repeat similar things for awhile until jumping to the next, is likely the healthier approach though. We will say, from experience.
Don't give up, and as far as trying to get a feeling for them, your Guardian, one will stand out in particular, for some reason or another, that resonates with you stronger than others. The Gods/Demons page is wonderful, and all of the Sigils available to us as well to help us connect with the Gods even better. Beyond that even, the rituals, and I am quite sure there are even more options the more we get to know them. It is quite as exciting as the day I found the JoS/ToZ, but with more control and stability, it is excitement with a base of strength, knowledge, confidence, and Truth above all, and quite a few obstacles knocked down, let alone other things.
